We hope you love your order, but if you're not fully satisfied, we’re here to help!

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

We currently do not offer exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order if needed.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right!
